Notes From The Founder of Pathways To Freedom
|
I
would like to take this opportunity to express our
sincere thanks, special appreciation, and gratitude
for those who are current and prospective members of
the Pathways to Freedom Family! We are enjoying the
journey and feel truly blessed to be able to provide
a real home to those recovering from past unhealthy
life choices.
We
encourage housemates to bond and form friendships to
help each other succeed in their recovery. Senior
members of the house are available to share their
experiences that have led them to accepting and
taking responsibility for beginning to change their
lives for the better.
Several times a year, we get together to celebrate
holidays and special events by arranging house
dinners and barbecues. It is our goal to provide a
transitional residence you can take pride
in living at while we celebrate your progress.
We
take pride in our residence and our focus
is on helping others. In fact, we only charge
housemates a minimal and affordable fee which
ensures we are able to continuously provide premier
temporary
residence. We want to help you get
back on your feet and feel a sense of comfort when
you walk through the front door at the end of the
day.
Our mission is to operate structured, holistic
transitional residences for adults in the South
Florida area. We are pleased to provide clean,
safe, and substance-free environment for the person who
is serious about healing. We offer
independent living in a group setting for men and women who are looking
to change their lives by learning how to live a new
way of life in order to become productive members of
society.
We are
passionate and dedicated to supporting our
housemates, and we will walk with you on the road to
freedom and happiness.
Pathways to Freedom housemates are expected to
respect themselves and others. You will find the
adults here provide invaluable support for each
other, both in the learning experiences, as well as
in everyday life. We welcome you to Pathways to
Freedom, and we hope we can be a permanent stepping
stone on your journey.
Warm personal regards,
Rev.
